Thankgiving 2012

Thanksgiving this year was legendary. It was Brody's first Thanksgiving, and I think it's safe to say it's his favorite holiday because That. Boy. Loves. To. Eat. We are spending Christmas this year in Wisconsin so we knew we had to soak up as much time with my family as we could. We packed our bags and drove the 30 minutes to my parents' house and stayed with them through the weekend, and I'm so glad we did. We weren't worried about staying up late to play games because we knew we could just head into the next room to go to bed. The food was delicious (Brody's favorite was the yams) and the company was even better. We stayed up each night playing games and had a blast especially with a game called Rollick, which is basically reverse charades. A group of people act out a scene while one person guesses it. Hilarious! I love my family so much and I'm so glad we got to spend Brody's first Thanksgiving with them!
