My parents were planning a trip to St George to go to a wedding this past weekend, so we decided a few weeks ago that we would tag along with them! Eric had never been to St George besides stopping by here and there as he drove through to different destinations, so it was a lot of fun to spend a few days showing him around and eating at some great places as we enjoyed the wonderful sunshine. Everywhere we ate while we were down there was absolutely delicious and totally places I would go back to: The Patio Grill, The Bear Paw Cafe, Durangoes and The Egg and I.
Eric went golfing with my dad on Saturday while my mom and I got to spend all day at the pool with Brody. Just what I needed! I used to spend so much time in the sun but have become a pasty white woman lately, so it was nice soaking in some rays and trying to get a little color. Brody was awesome and fell asleep in his stroller by the pool for an hour and a half or so which was absolute heaven. My mom and I got to spend time chatting and having such a fun time together. Besides getting away and spending time with Eric and Brody (and the delicious food), having the chance to spend time with my parents and talking a lot with them was the best part of the whole trip. I just love my family so much!
