I have been measuring at 39 weeks at my last two doctors appointments, but I am not dilated and the baby hasn't dropped yet so they are thinking that could be why I'm measuring a little big. It's fun going to the doctor every week and seeing whether things have changed or not. We have just about everything we need at this point and the hospital bags are packed and ready to go, so now it is just playing the waiting game! My last day of work is scheduled to be February 17th, so we will see if I make it that long. My doctor said he'd let me go up to a week over my due date before he'd induce me since this is my first baby, but hopefully my body kicks into gear and gets this little one here before that!
We just can't wait to meet our little guy!

it's the waiting game!! haha it's killin me! my little dude is sitting high too! not at all anxious to bust a move outta here! hopefully he'll change his mind here soon because i am getting so excited i don't know what i'll do if he decides to keep me waiting much past my due date! he still has a little over a week and a half to get moving, but he sure seems to be content to just hang out and chill! haha oh well! it'll be awesome whenever he decides to greet this world! so exciting! i'm sure stoked to meet your little guy! best of luck to you over the next couple of weeks lauren! you look great! beautiful as always!! :)
I just read this again, and I am so excited for you! The last couple of weeks are the hardest but you can do it! I can't even express to you how great of a mom I know you will be! This little guy is so lucky! I hope he is okay with having one extra Aunty shower him with a little extra love! Not to mention he already has a built in BFF in Grady! haha. So SO SO excited to meet him! Come on little guy... let's get this show on the road!
