Here We Go...

So, here is my first attempt at having a blog. I figure since we are about to be married... it is time. This is what married people do, right? Plus I figure it will be a good thing to distract me from being stressed about all of the wedding plans coming together. Eric and I are anxiously awaiting our wedding day, which is officially two weeks from today! The engagement has been long at times and gone by quickly at others, but we are both more excited than ever to have only 14 more days to go until it is all official. Right now I am trying to balance the excitement of the soon-to-be-married life while still enjoying my last few weeks of spending time with my family and sleeping in my old familiar bed. We found an incredible apartment that we LOVE and have been busy busy busy moving Eric and my things in and trying to organize the mish-mash of our lives and belongings together. It is really starting to come together and feel like a real home, so all of the hard work is paying off. Between moving, planning a wedding, and finishing the semester of school, I haven't even had a chance to think about Christmas until the past couple of days, so it's crunch time! I love this time of year and can't wait to spend Christmas with my family and my soon-to-be hubbie!
