Halloween Craft Time

I've had my fair share of spare time lately and have needed breaks in between applying for every job I can find. Cue... craft time! I have been finding so many cute Halloween crafts on blogs and such, so I thought that I would give one a try. I found THIS cute candy corn decor and decided to whip out the old sewing machine to give it a try. It was surprising easy and cheap, and it really turned out to be a lot of fun!

All I needed was:
3 squares of orange felt
2 squares of yellow felt
7 pieces of white felt
ribbon
clothes pins
jewel embellishments
a sewing machine

Here are the results!


It's fun to have some extra time on my hands, but I am definitely feeling a little stir crazy and really hoping to find a job soon. Until then, I'll be channeling my energy towards applications and more creativity!
