Our sweet baby girl turns two today. Her heart-melting smile and contagious laugh paired with her nurturing, loving nature makes her so special. She is the first to comfort someone when they are having a hard time and quick to offer a hug or reassuring pat on the back to Brody when he is sad. She'll always give someone an enthusiastic "good job!" when they accomplish even something simple followed by rounds of applause and a huge Brooklyn hug. Putting on her "pretty clothes" and picking out what bow she will wear for the day is usually followed by playing trains or trucks. And playing in mud and getting her hands dirty is a must every time we are outdoor adventuring. She has a free-spirited personality and loves to wander off on her own but always knows her limits and stays within sight.
Her kind loving nature is balanced with her ability to hold her own and stand her ground. She's a firecracker when she knows what she wants. She can be sneaky mostly because she is so stinking smart and knows how to be. We are constantly amazed at how well she talks and how well she remembers things.
We love you so much, sis! We are excited to celebrate you and shower you will extra love today!
