Brooklyn: 10 & 11 Months

How is our sweet girl already almost 1?! Life with her sure is a happy one. She is the friendliest girl, manifested by her first word: hi. She smiles and waves at everyone she meets but has the sweetest shy side that has started to come out these past few months. She'll get a shy smile and bury her face in my neck then peak up again to say hi.

This girl can pound food like nothing else! She refuses to eat baby food and only feeds herself, thank you very much. She will eat any hour of the day and I truly don't think she is ever full. I'm still nursing her 2-3 times a day and I don't know how she will ever give it up, she loves it so much. Bath time is her second favorite part if the day next to any time she is eating. She would splash and play all day if I'd let her.

Brooklyn still isn't crawling on her knees, but she army crawls every which way and has developed a lot in the gross motor skills department this past month. She goes up on her knees frequently and can push herself up into a sitting position. She's also started pulling herself up on things and can crawl up several stairs. 

We love our sweet smiling girl so much!
