We have had such a wonderful month. And Christmas isn't even here yet! We survived our first week of subzero Minnesota temps, which I count as a victory. I didn't leave the house once with the kids (baby steps... we'll get there!), but I'd sneak off at night once Eric was home and the kids were asleep to run errands so I didn't get too stir crazy.
We've had a lot of fun establishing some new Christmas traditions for our little family and continuing others we've grown to love. It's such a magical and special time of year, and having kids makes it just that much better. It's funny to think that just last December was Brody's first Christmas. And now here we are just one year later with Brooklyn experiencing hers. A lot can happen in one year!
I am so grateful for the joy that I have in my life because my Savior and Redeemer Jesus Christ came to the earth. I love that we get to celebrate Him, His humble beginnings, and His gift to us at this time of year.
