We love living in Lehi. There are things we miss about living in Salt Lake like how convenient things were and being close to family, but there is something almost magical about living somewhere a little more rural and quiet. I must admit that the first time I drove around the point of the mountain and saw the sign that said "Utah County," I cringed slightly and though about turning right back around. But I absolutely love our new place and we have loved exploring new territory together. We walk to church every Sunday because it's less than a half a block away. The location couldn't be better for the two of us commuting down to Provo and up to Salt Lake, and there is even a bus that I can take from Thanksgiving Point straight up to the hospital. That's right, I am a genuine UTA rider! The best part is that it's free because I get a pass through work!
Here are some pictures of our new apartment. Granted, I snapped these on a whim and things are not all in their place and the bed is seriously not even made, but hopefully you can use your imagination to think of what it would look like if they were. :)

My favorite thing about our place... the HUGE closet! This picture seriously doesn't do it justice. |
The second bedroom is pictured in the post below... it is our office/game room/nursery. Gotta love it! More pictures to come of that on a future date!
