This has truly been the best year of my life. It's hard to find words to explain what being married to someone who you really love and are committed to is like...
It's in the small quiet moments when you are snuggled up in your sweats after a long busy day.
When you're in bed just laying and talking and laughing.
Waking up and getting a gentle good morning kiss.
Working together to accomplish something around the house.
Having someone to be with all the time...
I truly feel lucky to be married to my best friend.
We had a great first anniversary! We were both so focused on the holidays and they flew by so fast that it kind of snuck up on us. So we decided to do something low key and went to dinner at Happy Sumo at the Gateway. It was so delicious. We made a quick stop at Blue Boutique :) and then headed home to eat our wedding cake. It's been in my parent's garage freezer this past year, and we were both pretty nervous to eat it because when that fridge gets shut the freezer opens up a little bit, and no one really notices til hours later when things are starting to defrost! But neither of us got sick, so we were good to go!

Now, on to year two! Who knows what this upcoming year may bring....

It is so crazy it has been a year!! You guys are such a fun couple and we are so happy for you two! I love that you guys had edamame! That is our fave right now! Love you guys and congrats on 1 year! Here is to an eternity more!
